I'm a meditation teacher, a super-busy mumma, award-winning research journalist and survivor and THRIVER of some pretty full-on mental health issues. I have spent 20 years researching and trialing what works and sticks when it comes to building mental resilience and finding peace in this hectic life. The Classes

    My courses are beginner-level, super- simple, and only take around 15 a day. The strategies I use are evidence-based, highly effective, and incorporate 20 years of research. No matter how stressed out you are, or how busy you are, I've kept it so simple.

    My courses are meditation-based but include loads of supporting tools and strategies to help embed this program into your life sustainably. There's no point in learning something that stops when your learning does. I have designed a unique process to ensure your success, quickly, but for life. This is a game-changer.

Remember, I know how this works. The thoughts, doubts and self-sabotage have kept you stuck for longer than you deserve. I address everything you can throw at me in the courses, but for now, I'll address a few of those blockages right now. Why? Because I KNOW what I do changes lives.
