Hollie's journey with meditation began 20 years ago as a last resort to loosen the grip of a severe anxiety disorder, depression and agoraphobia had turned her life upside down. Meditation was a last resort which turned out to be truly life-changing. Hollie became a qualified meditation teacher, then a teacher trainer, a life coach and an award-winning journalist. After studying spiritual practices and self-improvement extensively for the last twenty years, her passion to teach others is her purpose.
